The Gel Print Studio
The Gel Print Studio is for creatives who want to finally understand how gel printing really works so they can experiment freely, build solid skills and confidently create unique prints they’re proud of.
Whether you've never touched a gel plate in your life, or you have some gel printing experience and want to up your game, this course is for you.
In this online art course, you'll:
1. Follow a fun step-by-step process that shows you exactly what to do, with projects that build your skills sequentially (which includes how much paint to put on the plate!)
2. Get clear about composition: what colors, contrasts, & objects make dynamic prints
3. No more mud! Learn how to avoid problems like dismal color blends & paper sticking to the plate
4. Learn how to layer like a pro, especially with semi-transparent paints
5. Play with other media on the plate: Posca pens, oil pastels, distress oxide pads and more
6. Ace magazine image transfers, the trickiest of all gel print techniques
7. Rework your prints into beautiful, useful items (like journals, zines, booklets, gifts) instead of having just a pile of prints collecting dust

The course is spread out over 4 weeks and is made up of 9 modules. As soon as you join, Module 1--which is all about what supplies you'll need--is available to you.
Then on Monday, March 2nd Modules 2 & 3 will be released. Over the following three Mondays, you'll receive access to the remaining modules.
There will be a weekly Zoom call (which will be recorded) in which I'll go over your questions.
